Cash Hash » Cash Hash » Cash Back » Calculating Interest Bearing Debt?

  #1 ()
: I have to use Net Debt for a calculation and have been informed to use a proxy of net Debt = Total Interest Bearing Debt - Cash and we are provided with a Balance Sheet.
However I am not sure if Capital Lease Obligations should be Included?

The liabilities we have been given include:

Accounts Payable
Accrued Expenses
Notes Payable/Short Term Debt
Current Port. of LT Debt/Capital Leases
Other Current liabilities, Total
Total Current Liabilities
Long Term Debt
Capital Lease Obligations
Total Long Term Debt
Total Debt

Could anyone advise me how to calculate the total Interest Bearing Debt?

Thanks!!
